This is the West Franklin Elementary PTA Sign-up form. It states: Join West Franklin PTA Welcome Parents! It’s time to start a new school year. The membership fee is $7.00 for the entire year. If you enrolled in the 2024-2025 school year, you will need to re-enroll for the 2025-2026 school year.
